They have always been compassionate when we had to use them. I would not have Veronica today if not for them.

I brought my dog in with symptoms of cough. Dr Hoyt said her heart was arrhythmic but at no time did she put together that cough, fever & a arrhythmic heart could be pneumonia, heart failure or both! She tried to convince us that this was just a little case of kennel cough, she gave us meds & a big bill & sent us on our way. Big fat waste of time and money. I'm very disappointed and don't feel very confident should I have a real emergency.
My experience was once a long time ago. They were more worried about getting their money. They were rude and uncaring. I have never and will never go back. I won't recommend them.

Been here twice with two different pets and have been pleased both times!
I had to face one of the hardest moments in my life when my Puppy was ill. I was treated kindly as was my little man. I could not have asked for a better group of people to help me send away my lovey. You are all wonderful. Thank you.
