My visit this morning was emotionally heart wrenching as I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old boxer girl, Peaches. Heather and Dr.McGinness were so kind and compassionate. I can not thank them enough!
I was shocked to see so many good reviews for this business. I took my 11 y/o daschund here and was NOT impressed. They are more worried about making you sign agreements to pay outrageous amounts for what they 'think" might need to be done before they will see your animal. Hershey had to spend the night and after $728, which was over their "proposed cost" all I got was alot of "well, I don't know?" "Take him to follow up with his own vet." I can't say enough good things about them. Dr McGuinness is such a compassionate Dr. The entire staff took care of my cat and loved him as if he was their own. I credit them with saving his life. Thanks for all you do for our pets!
Over priced. Have no concern for your animial. My chihuahua broke his leg they gave him to much anesthesia he almost died. The poor lady in there with us had to have her dog put down because of the price to help her dog. No compassion for your pet. All about the dollar. �
I love these folks. They took really good care of my Dixie dog and helped me feel better about the situation. Dixie is still healing from her back injury. They were a blessing.

A wonderful, caring, sympathetic, empathetic emergency clinic for animals. Our wonderful dog Sisi was misdiagnosed by our regular vet. The clinic diagnosed her pancreatic cancer quickly, and when it came time to release Sisi from her pain the vet on duty sat on the floor with me, crying with me, as I held Sisi's head in my lap while she euthanized her. Rude? Hard to believe. Not in my several experiences there.
Animal Emergency has saved two of my babies recently, and others in the not so recent past. Most recent was Layla who was involved in a hit and run breaking her front legs and before that, Maddie, who was kicked by the people who :"adopted" her so hard they ruptured her bladder. Thanks to Animal Emergency and Dr Henry of Peaks View, both came thru beautifully!
