I've always had great experiences here with my own dog during the 2 times he needed to be seen. Dr. Williams was absolutely AMAZING! However, I recently brought a dog in that had been hit by a car, was bleeding, and couldn't walk. He was never even triaged in the 3.5 hours we waited to be seen, but the dozens of animals that came after us had been. The receptionist weren’t very friendly. The service took long..they misplaced my chart but the prices were decent.

First time here since they moved to the other side of the 215 Highway. Same great compassion and care, as we unfortunately have used them numerous times in the past. There is a BIG reason why I would rather drive here, then go to Arlington Animal Hospital and 24 Hour Emergency Center, which is less than 6 mins from me !
Have had to bring our dogs here off and on depending on wether our regular vet was available. They have always been so great to us. So caring and understanding especially the few times we’ve had to say good bye to our fur babies. Dr. Rios did a wonderful job on my Athena who needed surgery this past weekend. They will always be our go to emergency clinic.
We have used their services many times over the last 20 years. We have never been disappointed in the service, care and love we and our pets have received. I wish they could be our regular vet.

On this date last year we brought in our little Chihuahua Liko who had been attacked by coyotes. It was so frightening to see him so beat up. I’ll never forget it. The entire staff was so amazing and caring and they gave Liko The Best Care. They were kind and understanding to me and what I was going through as the Mom of a furry baby who was fighting for his little life. I know it was a busy day when we went for an ultrasound after our primary vet visit. We waited really long to be seen. We got there around 6ish and didn’t leave until 10. I am on the fence with the dx simply because I feel they were overwhelmed with other high priority cases that they might of rushed through the ultrasound. But overall we got good news I just feel the “what if’s” as I noticed it was none stop go for the staff. It was affordable and overall I would come back in case of an emergency.
