RecommendedMy cat got out and got attacked by an animal. The staff here were absolutely amazing. They took care of my little guy, were kind and kept me up to date on everything. Thankful they were there since this happened on a Sunday when my regular vet was closed.

Was told to pick up pet in morning after being monitored overnight. Before leaving I requested status update if anything changed. Never received a call. Went to pick up pet at 6:00 am and was told need to transfer to my vet, my vet doesn't open till 8:00 am. What The Heck?? Is it so hard to call? Would not recommend this emergency clinic.

I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. We have always relied upon the client to call us for an update on their pet. We simply do not have the time or resources to call everyone. Decisions to transfer are made by the overnight veterinarian based upon each pet’s progress and often at very early hours of the morning. Yes, the phones are busy. We have 4 incoming lines. I’m sorry if you experienced difficulty getting through.
They have a wait time, but they are worth it.
The lady sat down on the floor and did her exzam on my baby 🐕 and was just awesome and talked to me witch I really liked I have not seen this in a while with a vet
caring staff and great vet!
Best veterinary hospital around.
