I had to take our sweet old dog Penny in at 1:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning after she suffered several massive seizures despite her medications. The staff was so kind and helped me with the hard decision and treated us with such compassion. Many thanks for your care.
I sleep better at night knowing that they're here "just in case". They are my go-to in an emergency for over 15 years. I even was dog-sitting for my sister's german shepherd, who has chronic pancreatitis and had an attack. I drove her 55 miles because I knew they would take care of her, and they did. I've seen 3 different Vets and various techs and they are ALL kind, compassionate and caring when you're frantic with your pet in need. Can't recommend their services enough.
We have been going to this animal ER since the 1980’s. We just were there on Christmas Eve!! So professional and the staff was so helpful and nice! Thanks to Dr. Williams for taking care of our lab, Lilly! 🐶💙🐶💙
We brought our little dog twice who has a clasped tric and can’t breath and goes into anxiety attack and needs oxygen . They were nothing but very kind and helpful . Very expensive but worth it . My friend also had her dushund in for stomach issues . He is home now and doing great �
They were very friendly and professional and understanding. Unfortunately we had to put our girl down. I’m still sad about it
