Very nice Vet and office staff. I was not ready for what the vet told me but was very happy the tumor was resolved and my fur baby is healing. I have always gone here for more than 15 years when emergencies happen after normal business hours.
I called to see if they were open because of long weekend , the lady over the phone was polite , she gave me the address even offer directions , she said she would be expecting us , when I arrived she was busy but knew who I was and that I was bringing in my dog . We had to put our dog to sleep , they gave us time with her , told us what would happen and even when I step out to pay everything was done very respectful. Thank you for saying sorry for our loss . For a comforting hug . This was a hard day.
Listen looking through these reviews and seen a lot of animals they couldn't save what's really going on...my beautiful daisy past away Sunday I'm so heartbroken I wish they would of act quickly and saved her...i miss her���
Service was great, but I had to make the decision to put my kitty to sleep. The vet ran tests, but there was nothing they could do for my baby. However, they allowed me time alone with him, to say my goodbyes. They were sympathetic to my pain and the nurse even hugged me, to comfort me. I'm thankful that they allowed me to show my love one last time. I would recommend their services, just make sure you get your animals updated on all their immunizations! They r the best and the nurses let me and my mom spend time with my dog after she passed away on march 24th but i still miss her so much...but again i want to thank u guys for all u have done to try to save her but the cancer was just to aggressive. I still think about my dog every single day and night...bless ur doctor and nurses hearts.
Cosidering what had happened to my pup I didn't think I was going to get out fast. The vets where very nice and explained well about my pup. I thank u very much my pup is back to his normal playful self
