Well in my time if need with my sick and elderly Lab, they took care of our situation in a timely manner ....very sympathetical to our sad situation. Overall made my dog and us feel comfortable.
My beloved dog, Charlie was brought to this clinic this past Sunday and died at the hands of these Doctors. They took full payment and authorization to give him a $700.00 antivenum vial and two if needed. They waited hours afterward to give him any and he died. Total neglect and money hungry.
When i arrived with my beloved boxer who was very ill. I pulled up and they immediately ran out to help get him in with a gurney. Everyone was so loving,compassionate, amazing just such a calming staff. Even though I knew my Rocco was near his time they gave me hope. Atleast one more week with him. He did pass at home but not only did they call during that week to ask how he was they offered to hold him until i could take him to the cemetery. Absolutely wonderful staff and great work on my my Dogs!
These pet caregivers treated us so well! We went there for our 8 yr old golden retriever (who didn't make it) and they were so respectful for the pain in our hearts. A week later we recieved a card! How caring and wonderful they all are! If you have an emergency go! I hope i never have to go there again. But if i need to i will!
