I brought Happy here Aug 27, 2015. He had a asthma attack and I rushed him to AEC. He didn't make it. The young lady was so kind and understanding. I received a note in the mail today with a beautiful poem. Thank you for your kindness. I loved Happy he was part of our lives for 10 years.
The staff was amazing. They took Great care of my cookie. Sadly me and my sister had to let our cookie go. We received a beautiful card from the staff today. Thank you for such a beautiful detail. Your staff is the best.
I use to like this place. Been there 7 times and now I've decided I'm not going there anymore. Workers use to be friendly now they just have a very nasty attitude. They will even talk back to you. Very unprofessional.
The first time they were amazing the 2nd time not so great they gave my dog extras when i only approved & signed for 2 things so when leaving i owed $50+ more money than agreed. Now i owe them & i didnt get the letter in time so now its messing up my credit.
If I Could give it more stars I would! After running a whole nightmare of a experience at 5 other hospitals and all of them just charging me unbelievable amounts of my which I did not have. I was truly struggling and my poor pup with still no solution. I finally came and gosh it brings tears to my eyes even as I write this review,but they helped me find a solution thru all this. They truly are the best around there is no doubt at all. They are as honest and compassionate as they come.
