Recommendedwent to the Redlands emergency clinic first waited two hours and was not helped left there went to Grand terrace and they helped me right away I am thankful for them this time. won't go back to Redlands again.

I spent a good portion of my day here with a kitten I found in my woodpile. They were professional, kind, empathetic, and straightforward.
Friendly staff, clean place and very patient with me, despite my suffering the staff made me feel better.
The facility is spotless, caring and seems very efficient. My little dachshund had been attacked by a coyote and they took her in right away and began treating her. She’s waiting for surgery now.
Without a doubt the best Animal Emergency Clinic in the IE. New location is spectacular, team of professionals are courteous, caring and considerate of the patients as well as their mommies and daddies. They understand the nature of owners concerns and keep them informed and updated with the prognosis, the treatment and the care needed. Have been a dog owner for over 20 years and have had to bring 4 of my dogs to this clinic in that time and have never had an experience in which I regretted bringing them.

Dr ables was fantastic and so helpful. I really appreciated how he sat down with me and explained everything in detail. He really helped me understand my dogs condition so much better. all the girls working that night were so sweet as well. I had to bring my dog (zeppelin) in Saturday night and she had to stay overnight. I was expecting to pick up a very stressed out doggie the next morning but she was so happy! Made me feel like they payed good attention to her! I highly recommend bringing your babies here.
