They helped my old dog Toby and explained what was going on extremely well. I'd come back and recommend.
Had a scare with one of my babies today. They took my baby right back to Check him out. I asked for some further explanation on some of the information and with a smile on their face they gladly obliged! Thank you to everyone at AEC for being so polite and caring today! Great place and good service. My dog went into a seizure in the lobby and they took him straight back and go to work. Good staff and good work

Dr. White and Staff were compassionate and professional as I faced my pet's "end of life". Columbus is fortunate to have Animal Emergency Center. Sweet Pea was 15 years old and I am thankful that she did not have to suffer through the night until my vet's office opened the next morning. Thank you for your kindness and understanding during the visit.
Helped me quickly and effectively. There was a minor wait getting checked in, but they were trying to get other dogs out the door so I understood. They give you an estimate beforehand which is nice. Overall good experience.
