Front desk clerk had the worst etiquette and customer service skills. I told her my cat was 14, she then asked how my puppy was... Waited 2 1/2 hrs for bloodwork & urinalysis and we were the only ones there. Then they came back in and told us all these expensive things that they wanted to do, but would never answer the question of what was wrong and what quality of life he would have. Paid almost $300 just for that...
To a my dogs got into something or got bit by something and was in very bad shape. One of my dogs died right before I got there the other 1 was having a hard time, They were more worried about weighting my dog and filling out paperwork than checking my dog out, it took 35 minutes for them to look at other one. Then later that evening he got sick again, luckily I went to fur buds in Opelika they saved my other dog

My newest baby was having some issues and thank goodness animal emergency center was open to help me out. The staff is so sweet. No matter what is wrong with him I trust them.
Dr White has been very knowledgeable about my dogs situation. She is making feel very comfortable.
For being the only emergency vet in Columbus Ga they do a sorry job. We went on Saturday afternoon and were told there was not a vet this weekend and “there was a sign on the door”. They were unhelpful and unsympathetic as i held my limp dog in my arms after he has a seizure. Save yourself some time and drive straight to auburn.
They are very nice and easy to talk with.
Open late, friendly people and fast service! Doctor was very welcoming and informative! Great place to go to if animal is hurt or sick! Thank y'all for the great service!
