My dog was attacked by another while we were walking. These folks took us right in and treated us as if we were the most important patients in the world. I say "patients" because they not only fixed up my dog, they made me feel much better, too. When I called them to see if they could take us they gave the initial fee right up front, a few days later they called back to check on his progress. I was very, very impressed and I hope I never need their services again, though I wouldn't hesitate.
Thank you for saving the life of our feral kitty, Missy. Dr. Bailey did an incredible job repairing the laceration that caused her spay surgery site to open. If we had not gotten her there in time, she would have died within 24 hours. Over the years, your clinic has always offered superior care to our fur babies. Your caring staff is awesome. Thanks to your tech, Lily for being so sweet to us. It not hard to tell your staff loves each patient as their own. Your facility is a gift to the community. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely horrible and very unprofessional. Took my dog here and never NOT ONCE WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO THE ACTUAL VET. The ONLY person we spoke to was the tech. The "VET" DIDNT even bother to call when my dog died. Had the tech do that also! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !! Not to mention the prices are too high in my opinion for the work & results. Paid $75 for an xray and could not be given any info other than it looked "suspicious". They never even told me what he died from. He was there OVERNIGHT! ITS allllllllll about the $... read more
Today was one of the worst days every for me, I was a complete wreck. It was not safe for me to drive to Pine mountain and go to my normal vet. I rushed in their doors balling. I was greeted with a calming lady at the front desk. She took the time to listen to me. She and the vet we very calming, not overly touchy feelie. I had to put down my 10 year old pup when I'm that upset I needed that atmosphere they provided. This 2 person team helped me through that heart wrenching pain of losing our battle with cancer. I know peopl... read more
I took my bunny for a steroid shot to help with the inflammation from his inner ear infection. He was already on antibiotics and ear drops. Within 20 minutes of getting the shot he began to flop around a couple times and breathe funny. By the time I got him out of the carrier he wasn't breathing anymore so I gave him CPR but could not bring him back. Long story short. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE
Great and caring staff and a wonderful Vet! Thank you.
These people did not take an X-ray of my cat, who was having trouble breathing for a full 24 hours. She had a kidney stone and fluid was backing up into her lungs. The vet said he couldn't do surgery because of the fluid. Had this been discovered sooner, she could have had surgery, but by then it was too late. Why exactly would you wait 24 hours to do an X-ray on an animal that is clearly having labored breathing. If you like you pets alive, don't go to this place, ever......
