Great service, very compassionate, & gets the job done very throughly. Very satisfied.👍
Took my puppy at about 11 pm very sick blood stool and dehydrated 75.00 to go inside. 52.00 for a parvo test in which I told her it’s not parvo finally around 130 am I went to see her and the vet finally tried. To put in a iv tried both front feet and then got needle in her back foot she stopped breathing he pumped on her but but I knew she was gone. I feel if they would have started a iv fluids when I got there she would have a fighting chance but nope wait. Wait. Wait now my baby is dead
We were quoted one price but when it came time to pay they made us pay $200 extra for "additional services" that they couldn't even tell us what they were for other than medicine. When we initially showed up to pick her up, they said we had to wait an hour to pick her up. Then the vet didn't come tell us what was wrong with our dog. We had to request to see the vet for him to tell us he didn't know why she was sick. All around worst experience I've ever had and will NEVER go back.
Excellent service and the two Dr’s that work there are extremely knowledgeable.
customer service and they are prompt when u come in second visit with 2 different dogs
Stop misdiagnosing animals and send straight to Auburn. Close this place down.
Please be very careful with this business. I took my dog there yesterday and he was diagnosed with pancreatitis and was given $531 worth of treatment he did not need. My dog was diagnosed by his normal vet today he has had a stroke.
I really appreciate the staff here at animal emergency center for taking care of my little Scarlet a nine-year-old Chihuahua while having complications with her 6th litter. I want to say thank you and happy holidays to the entire staff have a joyous and blessed New Year's.
