Showed up, took our $75 and we waited. Then waited a little longer and after weight and temperature, learned that the vet was not in the building and waited for an hour before finally leaving $75 lighter and our dogs issue unsolved, NO VET EVER SHOWED UP. Do yourselves a favor and take the extra time to drive to the emergency vet in Auburn. This is the second time we’ve had major issues with the vet and only used them because we had no other choice. Never again. This clinic is also operating with an EXPIRED BUSINESS LICENSE.... read more
After waiting in the room & no one seeing our dog for 2.5 hrs, as she is dripping blood from her wound from a dog bite all over the room, they finally come in and say she would have to stay overnight to get her stitches and it would be $600. Never laughed so hard. They cleaned the wound, and we will take her in the am to our own vet.
Got my Bella girl in and out and taken care of! Very sweet staff!
Had to bring in my baby around 3:45 am. Her temp was low and bloody diarrhea. Dr. did some tests, gave her a shot of antibiotics and a anti-diarrhea shot. Sent her home with antibiotics. My baby girl is feeling SOOO much better!! Thank you guys so much!!
Excellent care and reasonably priced for the services offered.
It was five years ago now that I took a little pregnant dog that had been dumped to see Dr. Nash and her team. Benning Animal Hospital had sent us home before 5pm with the dog still in labor with a "bubble" out and she had severe complications with a stuck puppy. We took her to the Emergency hospital soon after where Dr Nash worked SO hard and was able to save momma dog and three of her six puppies. Two of those wound up passing later due to severe defects. We kept momma and baby and 5 years later we celebrate a happy, lovin... read more
We appreciate Dr. White’s candidness and care last night. Tom was such a great cat and he was an unexpected loss. While no one hopes to need an emergency vet we’re terribly grateful for their services after hours. In 22 years they’ve helped me 3 times and I’m thankful.
They took good care of my Scooter after two days of being sick. Will use them again if another emergency arises!
Took my dog in for vomiting and diarrhea. He was also passing some blood and I was concerned about dehydration. The receptionist was very nice. Wait was not too long to get in a room. The tech cane in first and talked to us. Then the doctor came in and talked to us. The tech came back with our “estimate” for us to sign. No one seemed to act as though this was anything serious or to worry about. They then took him to the back. The tech came in and said they wanted to keep him overnight for IV fluids. An hour later, the vet ca... read more
