If you love and care for your animal DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY TO THIS HORRIBLE CLINIC!!!! My emotional support dog was taken last night to this place and the staff treated me as if I was the scum of the earth, didn’t even fully examine my dog properly BUT THEY SURE DID CHARGE ME!!!! They called my sick dog A marijuana dog( DR. Burnett said I been doing this since the 80’s and these dogs are pot dogs, he’s on pot) how disturbing and sicking to be judged like this!!!!!! When the nurse Lucy brought out my dog she said “check y... read more

Business response:

Tina, I first want to say I am sorry you felt like our inquiry into Ramses medical history made you feel like we were accusing you of using pot. Being an emergency hospital, in a state where marijuana is legal, we see a lot of dogs on marijuana. They can pick it up from anywhere, home, park, ally, and/or anywhere now that it is legal to have it in one's possession. The doctor did not see you or know what you looked like or your history with marijuana. As part of the medical history we have to consider all things. When an ani... read more

I took my mother in law emotional support dog Ramses to this hell hole and was treated so poorly. Did not get the proper examination and was judged Immediately as a pot dog!!!! How insulting to the dog and to my family. To be discriminated like this is not a very good feeling!!! To have this sick dog, I was hoping to get treatment or some useful medical advice, instead we get “IVE SEEN THIS BEFORE HES A POT DOG” discriminated right off the back!!! It’s a horrible place!! The dog is still sick BUT he’s being seen today by act... read more

We have been going to ACCESS for the past 7 years for our 2 elder Chihuahua dogs for critical care. Myself never having been a pet owner, I had to learn about all the care and medications that are needed for our two dogs and they were always patient and understanding to explain everything to me. ACCESS staff HAS ALWAYS been very professional and most of all caring in every way. Most recently we had to put down one of our dogs and they were so kind to even send us a card signed by all staff who use to care for our Little Oliv... read more

The doctors and staff at this animal hospital took great care with our dog! We came in with an undiagnosed lump on my dog's chest and they went to great lengths to review her health history, go over our options and give her the best care. She is now happy and healthy thanks to the expertise of Dr. Gomez. Our dog's life was saved by the amazing staff and doctors at this hospital. I would trust all of my pets with their staff. If you need a place that cares, has the best interest of your pet and is fair in cost don't hesitate ... read more

This is the absolute BEST Animal Hospital in the Denver Metro area. I have several fur babies that I always bring here for wonderful care in stressful times. The entire staff from the front desk to the back staff including the doctors are phenomenal! I cannot recommend them enough to everyone I know with pets.

Horrible! Just horrible! If you love your animal DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! I took my cat Morgan in last night for an abscess and had to take her home after the vet tried double charging me. I had brought my same cat a month prior to for the exact same issue because she keeps getting attacked by our older cat causing in the whole dominance game since she is a year and a half and he has bad teeth because of being so old. Anyhow, I noticed it happened again and went to take her in as she was in considerable pain. They have a proce... read more

Very caring about my senior cat on her 1st time in. Made sure I knew every procedure that had to happen before it happened and what the cost was, and helped my nerves too. 😉

If you love your pet you will avoid this practice. I am not just a disgruntled pet owner angry about cost. My cat was left to suffer covered in her own vomit, nose so full of puke she couldn't breathe correctly. These people don't care about you or your precious companion. My cat who had to have emergency surgery at another practice (access won't consider obstruction surgery without a few days of suffering) now has a sinus infection because no one cared enough to look in her cage. How can you trust access to save your pets l... read more
