Get directionsAbsolutely horrible.. If I knew before hand that they don't treat the animal to the fullest. Charges us $300 for us to take our cat back because they didn't do it right the first time with an xray. Now we had to take our cat back again another $300 cause they didn't xray the first time when they said they did. Now she has to have a $800-1200 surgery cause they f***ed up. So $600 dollars because they didn't do their job. I know have to put my 7 year Olds cat down cause we can't afford another $1000. Thanks for killing our 2 y... read more
They care only about the money. My dog died within an hour of arriving there and I was $700 into the hole before I left. When I arrived, she needed a $600 surgery... They had me apply for care credit. I did and it was approved but the price for surgery quickly changed to $6k and I was told it I didn't pay it I had to put my dog down. You prepay for any care before your dying animal will be treated. I didn't want to go there because of previous bad experiences but it was after hours.

This unfortunate circumstance could have been avoided by simply abiding by the law to vaccinate your pet. We are bound by a code of ethics and b... read more
They are the nicest people I've ever met at a Animal clinic!!! My kitties Romeo and Juliet had passed away 2 years apart. I took them both here and the staff each time treated my babies with care and respect as if they were still alive!!! I appreciate this more than they may realize!!!! You are all so awesome!!! Thank you from the bottom of my soul for making two of the worst days of my life a little easier with your thoughtfulness and caring!!! Keep it up and again thank you!!!! Tammy Nelson
Business response:
We are so very sorry for your loss Tammy. We are blessed to have been able to be there for you in a time of need. Thank you for your kind words.
They were great! Very professional and caring! We are very thankful!
So compassionately the staff was with our 9+ year old Border Collie as he ended his illness two days before Christmas 2014. The staff was so kind and patient as these heartbroken owners held our dying dog. He was treated so tenderly and repectfully. While this was not our vet...the 3am goodbyes were dignified and repectfully handled by the staff. Thank you for your genuine hearts of gold...the bereavement card received days later was validation of our loss and the solace his memory has provided us in the days after. Thank yo... read more
