I am new to Erie and very impressed with both my cat and my dog visits. They give compassionate care and are never in a hurry.
Will never step foot in there again. After being a client for at least 25 years. Have never been treated so badly. The cone but on our dog was so tight it cut his whole neck and became infected after only 4 days. Called right away after we took it off and had it looked at. $130 bill for they're fault. Seriously!!!!
Exceptional care with a personal touch! Even went out of their way to clear up a scheduling mistake & got my pups in! The only place I've taken any of my animals & it will continue to be the only place!
They have been there for my babies for 10 years and I cannot say thank you enough!!
