Very disappointed due to my dog having an urgent situation and I called to see if he could possibly get in sometime. The lady was very rude and told me there’s no openings and they close in one hour. I have paid a lot of money taking both of my dogs there and referring people to take their animals there as well. The lady told me there’s other vets offices that probably will have openings and to call them. My dogs have only seen one vet and I didn’t want to just take my dog to a stranger.. RecommendedCaring, compassionate, patient, I didn't feel like I was being rushed through on a assembly line, all my concerns were addressed and questions answered thoroughly. My dogs weren't even stressed out like they usually are a a vet visit!! Loved this experience !!
I will never take my pets anywhere else! I have gone to other places that make me feel like they are trying to upsell constantly and this place is not like that at all! They always call me a day or two later to check and see how my pet is doing. I love that!
Great vet and staff. Cares about you and your furry friends. I have taken several animals there including hamsters, dogs cats and more. Very knowledgeable with all animals. Would greatly recommend

Last Wednesday when my babygirl Nyx needed medical help Animal Alley, along with a few other place, was recommended. Out of those recommendations they were the first to respond and have the same sense of urgency for Nyx as I did. Unfortunately, her time here was at an end. The staff was very helpful and kind to my family. And that care and kindness has extended beyond the medical aspect of their job. I can't thank you all enough for the paw print and card my family received. thank you for being good humans!!!!!
Excellent Dr.s, helpful and friendly staff. Appointments are kept as close to time as possible. Prices are comparable.
My wife and I took our new Miniature Bull Terrier puppy to Animal Alley this past Saturday. The staff and DVM, Jessica Varner, were awesome. They were professional, loving and carrying about our new puppy. He’s a handful, but everyone was very kind and effective. We were very pleased. They are going to be our new veterinarian for Nikko.
They are verrry good at handling all types of animals. Great place to board a pet too.
