RecommendedDr. VanDaele was very thorough when going over the procedures being completed for surgery and did everything possible to make sure pain was managed when at home for our lab. Staff was great in handling in take and discharge, instructions were organized and reviewed. Definitely recommend!
If you have an emergency don’t waste a phone call just wait and go to the emergency vet. Tried twice to get a sick dog in and no opening. My dog passed away Friday. I called four vets and no one would see her. She had a twister spleen which flipped her stomach and pneumonia. Had to have emergency surgery but the pneumonia ended up taking her life. Call animal alley twice. Was told to call Friday to see if I could get the last emergency appointment at 2:30 and if I was in time and someone called before me she wouldn’t be seen... read more

I took my cat Oliver in for his annual checkup and the staff at Animal Alley noticed that he was drooling a lot and his stomach was sensitive which wasn’t normal for him. The dr called and explained her concern and the desire to run tests to make sure he was okay and something serious wasn’t going on. The test equipment decided to act up but she was sure to communicate the results that had results for at that point. They assured me that my sweet boy was in excellent care and doing well while we waited for results
I took 7 bulldog puppies fur 6 week check and shots today. i love Animal Alley! They wore my puppies out! hahaha

Thank you Animal Alley and Doctor John. You saved our girl with a emergency spay and breast lump removals. I can’t thank you enough we were not ready to say goodbye yet. My girl was a rescue and had a lot of issues. I tried other vets that were unsure of how to treat her. Dr. John was recommended and I could not be happier! I drive over a half an hour and will continue to make that drive!
We had taken our dog for a 3pm appointment. We Parked and called to check in, and we were instructed to sit in the car until a tech came out to get our dog due to covid. Completely understandable. After an hour of waiting I called to ask how much longer being 90+ degrees and having a dog in the car (with a stool sample as requested when I booked my appointment).
