My daughter and I took our adult cat when he was hit by a car. The doctor was so wonderful, kind and compassionate. The staff were as well. I loved that they helped with what really was needed knowing that it is costly to run tests. Our loved cat BB is still alive, a true miracle
I had bad experiences with vet's in Bay City,I heard about Animal Alley through a gal at a store I was in,I took Meiko there and the staff is awesome,the Dr was kind and caring,their compassion for the animals is just what I was looking for.I will tell everyone about this hospital and the card they provide to the animals
Friendly staff and out within 40 minutes but doctor still apologized for the wait!
Animal Alley was great. They saw our Jake with very short notice. The staff is amazing and made us very welcome for our first visit.
Great staff and awesome doctors. Ask Theodore. His ears perk up and light in his wyes when he hears doc VanDaele’s voice. I think Theodore likes him, so do we.
Dr. VanDaele is awesome and truly cares about the animals he works with! He's been my family's veterinarian for years. When I moved to Cadillac 3 years ago with my senior cat who had several health issues, I still traveled to Saginaw to see Dr. VanDaele. My cat has since passed away, and I have another fur baby, but I still travel to Saginaw rather than try to find a veterinarian in Cadillac because I know Dr. VanDaele is the best!
They were Great with Charlie! But we have very tough decision to make and it’s not easy!!
Today was an extremely difficult day for my family. We had to put our 16 year dog to sleep. The office staff was very compassionate. We were given options, space and were allowed time to say goodbye to our beloved pet.
