They were the only vet that would see Black Willow, did am emergency spay 12-30-2019 in the evening. Even took home her kittens and hopefully saved several of them. Infected uterus with kittens inside. Humane Society of Bay County MI.
we had a few sick cat's and they were the only ones that would squeeze us in. very great people and they really took their time and went over test results with us. thank you for everything you did to save black widow

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Animal Alley. You were all so kind and compassionate when we brought our dog Sully in this week who was very sick. The whole staff was so kind and patient with us as we had to make one of the most difficult decisions of our fur baby’s life. They are so wonderful with my pets! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! My cat had surgery today and it was a very easy and well explained experience. Would highly recommend this clinic for anyone’s fur babies!
My dogs got into a fight with a raccoon. You took such good care of my baby! And re wrapped her tail with a shark bandage to make her look cool 😜. And my one dog who came in for shots, he’s normally somewhat aggressive, did so good!! He must have felt comfortable with you guys ❤️. I will be bringing all 3 of my dogs here from now on.
After our 2 dogs had a fight with a raccoon and one had to have surgery, they had their follow up visit with Dr. Vandale. Thank you Animal Alley Dr and technicians for taking good care of our love ones!! You guys are the best and I appreciate how caring and how much love you show them, and how much you make us feeling better when we are scared and hurting for them. You guys are the best!!!
I can not say enough great things about Vicky. She was calming, very kind and professional when I had a recent issue with my little dog. I’m so happy I made the switch to Animal Alley Vet. Great staff!
