Great vet clinic. Dr Vandaele has been great with our dogs and truly cares about their well being!
I took my dog to Animal Alley in the beginning of September, because she was limping. The Dr said it was probably a sprain or a torn ligament in her ankle. He wanted to send her to get an MRI done on her ankle for over $600. I opted to try pain meds and anti inflammatory meds, and keep her calm for a few weeks. Well, her limping got worse, and I took her to a different vet... a good vet! He knew right away with just a physical examination, that the problem was in her shoulder! Then he did xrays. I absolutely love this clinic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are not pushy. They understand budgets and do their best to work within them without compromising care! I love this place and highly recommend. All of my animals will continue to be patients here.
The staff has taken great care of my little dog. They took the time to explain everything that was going on. They were more than willing to answer any questions. The vet tech Ellen was great with giving me updates. Dr. VanDaele took the time to go out of his way to call and check on my dog.
Awesome Vet, I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Caring, knowable and friendly staff.
They are outstanding! Dr. Vandaele is the absolute best !
