We had our first visit today and all I can say is WOW! What a blessing it was to be referred to Dr. Thompson and her wonderful staff. Karli rearranged some things on their schedule so we could be seen sooner and I cannot tell you how much we appreciated that. It was so nice to be seen before the long holiday weekend! This team is the BEST!!! I was a client of Dr. Lori at her prior practice. She treated m "Misty" and her allergies for several years and we were able to keep her itching under control. All of her ear infections were a rare occurrence. My wonderful Misty went to Pet Heaven in January. I received a beautiful card from Dr. Lori and her staff once they heard about her passing. I have a new puppy Raven, if she should ever develop any allergies, Dr. Lori here we come.
Kind, caring and knowledgeable staff and beautiful facility! Visited Dr Lori once and she knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it! The rash that had been plaguing my dog for months was gone in a matter of days! Dr Lori is a miracle worker! I couldn't be happier!

Dr. Thompson and Lisa are the dynamic duo! They will make you and your pet feel at home and at ease! Dr. Thompson helped my labrador when I thought all hope was lost! They both remember every patient by name even after just one visit! I'd recommend seeing Dr. Thompson for any of your itchy needs! <3

Dr. Thompson is great! Max adores her and has a great quality of life due to her care/treatment recommendations. She actually took the time to remind Max's ER vet of his antibiotic allergy during a consult - that's going the extra mile!
