Dr. Lori Thompson and her staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. And Dr. Thompson has the most amazing bedside manner. Her gentle way with animals puts them at ease immediately, and I am in awe at her ability to connect with my dog the way she does. All of the staff have been so fantastic with our dog, Mash, and tonight at his appointment, they just went above and beyond when I was having an overly stressful day. My dog diesel had been struggling with an unexplained skin condition for over a year that would improve with treatment then come right back. Dr. Thompson was able to tell me what is going on with him and get him started on medications same day to get him feeling better. All the staff were super friendly and inviting and the office was beautiful.

Dr. Thompson and her staff are the absolute sweetest. They treat my Munch man so kindly and he enjoys all of the treats and attention he gets. They are so helpful and provide so much information on the right plan for your pet! Munch and I love them all!
I'm not sure I can articulate in words the full nature of my gratitude to Dr. Thompson and her team. I will simply say that everyone with whom I have interacted at this practice has become an integral member of my dog, Maggie's, health care team during a really challenging time for her (and me).
