Dr. Thompson and her staff are just fabulous! Took my pooch yesterday for his itching that’s been bothering him for months. I was absolutely blown away at how much time the Dr spent with us. She was very thorough about what might be causing his itching and what the plan was to get him better. The girls that work there just laughed when my big guy knocked over a Christmas decoration. I would definitely recommend Dr Thompson and her staff! Thank you all again for taking care of us!
We brought our kitty here after 2 years of fighting with a chronic ear infection, and the staff was wonderful! Dr. Thompson is very friendly and was great at explaining what the problem was, and took the time to answer my questions. The office staff was also very helpful! Thank you so much!
We think Dr. Lori Thompson and her team is the best! � She has compassion for her patients and their families, she exudes her love of animals from her very being always wanting the best for them, whatever it takes to heal them. We will follow her to the moon if need be to get that extra special, personal care that she effortlessly puts forth.
What a team! I have a complicated Brittany who loves coming in and seeing everyone. I could not ask for a better vet and office. The attitude is always collaborative and the advice is always practical and spot on.
Loved Dr Lori and her staff. The over two hour drive was worth it. Looking forward to having my dog's allergeries managed by this facility.
I took our cat, Dot, to see Dr. Thompson today, and she, her staff, and her facility are amazing! Thanks for taking good care of our girl. I both simultaneously hope to see you all again because it was a great experience and also hope none of our cat guys need your expertise. Highly recommend!
