We bought a 2018 Ford T350 from Valley Ford/Superior & Braun Mobility last May. I called Andy Mohr for a oul change, tire rotation, and 10k mile inspection. We had the lift worked on and maintenance completed with Superior set and completed on a Friday, the oil was scheduled for Monday am. I dropped the van off the night before (I worked in garages in the past and was married to mechanics in the past, it is easier all the way around to drop off and pick up when complete. I had a recall repair done. took 3 hours but they had to take my dash apart to replace the passenger airbag.
I was disappointed that they did not check my wiper blades that were rotten and falling apart. No problem, I took it elsewhere.
Very awesome to work with. Had very good experiences working with Michelle and Bobby for purchasing 2 new cars, then Michelle the manager and Kerry in Finance was fabulous to work with. Definitely will be return to purchase another vehicle.
