Andy Mohr tries to sell cars for more than listed price. Do not trust!!!
I haven't even a year with the truck and the motor is broke down they told me it has warranty now they have 1 month with my truck and now they say there's only half warranty 🤬now they don't give me any solution to get a new car, bad bad service
RecommendedHave taken truck in twice to have AC fixed. Told them specifically what problem was, spelled it out to them the second time, and they still didn’t find it. Sort of suggested I don’t know how to operate an AC. Sad to say not loving to take it back a third time.
I liked the people, but 3 hours later on highway 74 West it broke down again. I am at another dealership hoping that I won’t be befuddled by another high bill.

Love my car but the customer service you receive the minute you sign is terrible!! I am so disappointed!
Carly in sales led me to believe a vehicle listed online was in their inventory. I scheduled a time for a test drive & drove quite a ways to discover that the vehicle sold the previous week. Of coarse now Carly doesn’t want to respond to messages or answer the phone. I’m sure Carly gets paid for people to show up, but when people are coming from out of town to purchase a car it’s bad business to misrepresent your inventory. You should probably steer clear of the Plainfield location.
It’s a great place to buy. My salesman was very helpful & knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling!
We have experienced great customer care with two used vehicle purchases. My F150 had engine issues and they replaced it. My wife's Explorer had front end issues as well as keyless entry issue. Andy Mohr fixed both without any hassle what so ever. True customer service as it should be. We will be buying vehicles from Andy Mohr from now on and we highly recommend you do also.
