Tried charging me for warranty work, and won’t actually fix the problem the warranty addresses on my focus. Will never bring my car back to Andy Mohr. Their service staff seem uninformed and any thing you bring up that doesn’t seem right is met with resistance and pushy representatives. I’ve had nothing but completely unpleasant experiences through this service department.

Service was fine but they placed a sticker for my next oil change in one thousand miles. I corrected it on sticker because I use this to keep track , and remind myself when I need to come back
