I don’t even know where to begin with this dealership and service department! This has been 1 of my top 5 worst experiences in my life and I beat cancer. The first go around I bought a 2008 Ford Edge with cash no loan. I bought it in Jan. 2019. I get half way home and my heat doesn’t work. I call my salesman he says to take it to Ford service department. Finally 3 hrs later they say it’s a heater core and they would fix it. So gave me a loaner and sent me in my fine.
