if your going to send out coupons make them where customers can use them without spending alot of money and use small print where cust.dont see the smaller print

not sure if i can trust. they replaced power steering pump with a brand new motor craft factory spec one and it wines. i took car back for them to check it out last week the day it last snowed. when they said it was ready and nothing to correct, i picked it up. (had since not snowed all day but night before)it was covered still with ice and snow that would have melted in 10 or 15 minutes “if” the car was ever taken back inside to try and bleed air out of the line again as requested. so, did they even try? it still wines. the... read more

Have better follow up better communication.
I took my truck there a while back for a noise in my right front wheel. They had it overnight and said that they had fixed the issue. When I picked my truck up and drove it home I noticed that I barely had any brakes. My pedal went all the way to the floor. When I got my truck home I inspected it and the mechanic didn’t put my brake caliper back on my rotor. I could’ve been seriously injured or killed. Why would I recommend Andy Mohr to anyone I know and care about after something like that?
