Warranty company was trying to screw us around and drag the process out as long as possible. Bill Fletcher did a great job of keeping me in the loop, and dealing with my crooked warranty company. I wouldn’t hesitate to take any vehicle to good ol’ Bill!
They took my car in for warranty work ! They were right on told me when my car would be ready and it was and they were kind enough to pick up and deliver my car back to me as I am a caregiver for my 92 yr. old husband and find it difficult to get away! They were great!
I’ve purchased my last eight vehicles from Andy Mohr Ford. Two; for family members. I won’t buy anywhere else and William Worth is our sales rep for life!
Rip off when it comes to labor charge. Brought vehicle in for issue that occurred that morning. Nice that they were able to get it In as a drop off, but major rip off with labor charge vs part charge. Ended up being a fuse issue that had to be rerouted as they said. Also had oil changed done. Labor charge for oil change and the repair that took less than a hour from when I got the call of the issue to when it was done.. over $430 dollars for labor in it self for less than a $100 parts and material charge. BIG RIP OFF.....

They care about their customers. The maintenance visit was scheduled and executed in a timely fashion while waiting at the garage for them to finish up the work as agreed to.
Everything went good with my repair and they made my life easy by providing a rental from enterprise. Hope the new phone system “kinks” get worked out soon.
Sierra had no issue using my Ford pass points for a free oil change and the recall repair I assume is all good, thanks again
