This is our second follow up after surgery. Last time we waited 2.5 hours to be seen. Today we have waited 1.5 hours and still haven't been seen. No one can give us a straight answer in when we will be seen. Just, "They are running a little behind schedule." If you are running that far behind schedule why aren't you be proactive and calling patients and telling them their new time. Glad I don't have a return flight back to Dallas this afternoon.
Had an appointment to see Dr Cordover today and was turned away cause of some money owed? Andrews Sports medicine.. "Where we put money before patient care" you say i owed 2 copays? you cant get past the guards at the front desk to see the DR without paying it...
Top notch from staff to facility! This is one of the best run medical centers I've seen.
