STAY AWAY The most arrogant service, or lack of service I have ever seen in my life. He must think he's god or something. Scheduled an appointment for 8am. He told me that he would be there between 8 and 8:15. Got around, went down to wait outside at 8am. Found a letter on the door that he was there at 7:45. Got a nasty phone call a couple days later saying that i can take my business else where since he was there early... Not a very nice person to begin with, glad to take my business somewhere else than with an @$$hole.
Bad Service Not only is this business hard to contact, their service isnt that great. Said that he can only fix Moen products... I wouldn't recommend or use again for any plumbing job.
Quick & Reasonable I called in the am to have a kitchen leak fixed & he was at my house by 1pm the same day and had the leak fixed before 3pm. I thought the service was great & the prices reasonable.
very helpful This was the first time I called a service, and after describing my problem on the phone-they told me that it was an easy fix I could probably do myself. I followed their advice and went to home depot and was able to fix it. I'll definately call them with another problem-they probably saved me $100
Quirky old plumber for quirky old plumbing I've had Bruce do a couple of jobs on my 1952 cape cod. He's been working in this area since then, I would imagine. He looked at my wash tubs and said he had done that work back in the 70s. He was able to diagnose and fix my problems in less then 20 minutes--for the price he quoted over the phone. He had just the right drain part for a tub installed during the Eisenhower administration in the back of his truck. Best there is! Wonderful plummer and a wonderful man. He has been working with my family for decades!!!!! I call him for everything. If he cannot fix it, he knows who can and will send me to a well qualified person. On missing appointment, he losses income when he comes to your house and you are not there. I get why he is upset. I would be too.
GREAT PLUMBER!!! I don't understand these poor reviews of Andrew's Plumbing. I have been using Bruce since I moved out of my mothers house into my own. He has never treated me with anything but respect, he has gone over and beyond the normal realm of customer service for both me and my mother... coming out on weekends, doing the job right the first time (I've been on the wrong side of some pretty shoddy work), generally being someone I can totally, without question, trust to do the best work at the best prices.
