Six (6) months after renting a 4 bedroom townhouse in Kendall Breeze from Andrew Tripodi and his client, I had prospective buyers knocking on my door to see the property that was now for sale. He didn’t have the decency to even advise. The owner left all decisions to this man, and he never went away. His role seemed to transition to property manager.
