Great surgeon. My second time and very pleased. Professional staff, excellent service at Lansdale Hospital. If I had a third knee I would definitely use Dr Star and Rothman.
This is the third time I have had Dr. Star repair my knee and hips. Wouldn't want another doctor taking care of me. All the office staff is well knowledgeable of all procedures and very friendly. Thanks for everything and all the help given me.
Follow up from former knee replacement surgery. Dr. Star is always professional and takes his time to listen.
I had a total hip replacement with Dr. Star. I could barely walk before the surgery. The pain was horrific. I do not have a bit if pain and everything went so well, I will be back to work in 2 months time. Dr. Star is the best orthopedic surgeon. I would not go to anyone else.
He’s a wonderful doctor. He listens and spends quality time with you. Very graceful man. Just a nice person. He’s the best. I wound recommend him to everyone. Perfectionist in his surgeries.

I had my one year post total knee replacement appointment. As always, the staff was extremely efficient. From the pre-op period, hospitalization for surgery, through post-op recovery and rehabilitation the staff at Rothman provided excellent care. Dr Starr was thorough, pleasant, informative and caring. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Star replaced both of my knees. Right knee was done in 2017 the left in 2020. He is a great surgeon. I had very little pain after the surgery (without pain meds). Recovery was quick and I know walk without pain and as normal as before. He listens to you, answers all of your questions and explains everyhing so you can understand what will happen during surgey and after. I highly recommand Dr. Star.
