In fact, thirteen people that I knew either directly or indirectly had an orthopedic procedure with him and every one was very pleased. Additionally, his credentials are impeccable. Dr. Star is very thorough, explains clearly what is needed and an overall excellent surgeon.
Completely listened to questions and concerns, providing answers and assurances. Told me what to expect from THR, and was spot on. I was up and mobile faster than expected without previous hip pain.
Dr. Star is always willing to spend time with me to discuss all options available for treatment. His explanations are directed at a level that his patients can understand. I never feel rushed and he shows true concern for optimal treatment and outcome. As a retired nurse, I know excellence and he is the best.
I highly recommend Dr Star. He is an excellent surgeon. He performed a hip replacement on my husband who is now pain free. I recommended him to a close friend who is very happy with 2 knee replacements. He is an excellent surgeon and is kind and caring. We love Dr. Star, he is the best!
