Friendly and efficient. Listened well. Took care of my problem in one visit!
This was my first medical encounter with Dr. Lim who ordered an X-Ray and then evaluated my hand pain. His examination was very professional and thorough. He clearly explained the source of my pain and answered my many questions in layman's terms. He then prepared a detailed Assessment/Plan. His medical services not only exceeded my expectations but also my delights, I look forward to seeing him as needed in the future.
Dr. Lim, was very thorough and listened attentively to me. Additionally, he saw me right at my scheduled appointment time. Also, He gave me practical advice to address my issues. I have seen Dr. Lim for two separate issues and I have been very happy with the care I have received.
He listened to my concerns about treatment and answered my questions about the treatment he proposed. I trusted his judgement and allowed him to proceed. I already see an improvement and am so glad that I finally decided to seek help!
Dr Lim has performed several shoulder, wrist, hand and finger surgeries for both myself and my wife. He is an excellent surgeon who offers alternative options before quickly going into surgery. This is appreciated.
Cold and dismissive. Accused my son of faking his elbow injury. He told my son “something is wrong with you but it’s not your elbow”. Made my grown son cry. Highly inappropriate and insulting to insinuate my son has mental health issues. He finally agreed to allow an MRI. The MRI came back showing damage to the elbow.
Dr Lim treated me with dignity and respect. He was very thorough with the exam and explained his diagnosis clearly. I felt extremely comfortable as a new patient !
