Urology staff and Doctor were excellent, patient, professional and helpful.
Dr Chung is by far and away the best doctor I've ever seen.
Dr. Chung performed a bladder sling surgery for me 10 years ago because my bladder had moved due to pregnancy. 10 years later, I am still good as new Without any problems or complications. He also found about an ovary cyst, which was not even in his field that needed to be surgically removed. so he told me to see my OB/GYN as soon as possible. he was completely right about it and saved me from something dangerous. 12/12/23 If Dr chung employs a staff like this I don't feel safe under his care and I question his judgement. Your staff is a direct projection of yourself they project attitude, entitlement, and are spoiled little brats that have th Dr wrapped around their finger. Simply faxing a CT scan order to radiology took over an hour and when it was received it was an order I had completed on my last visit to radiology causing them to cancel scan after over a two hour delay. Removed all of my kidney stones like a champ.
A few days ago my pharmacy requested my Urologist at PW Urology Associates to renew my prescription as it always needs to be renewed between doctor appointments. However, as often is the case, after a few days, nothing was done. I called and spoke to the office administrator, Ms. Dana Oakley. She was very rude to me and treated me as if I was unreasonable because they were going through a merger and were VERY busy. I said, i depend on my medication was only looking for it to be renewed. I am a new patient to Prince William Urology Associate Ltd. I met Dr. Chung the first time on Feb, 6, 2023. He ordered Urine Cytology and Urine Analysis tests first. I received the result for both, which is extremely useful for my illness. Then he patiently checked my situation and listed, compared, and explained very thoroughly about various treatment approaches. I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Chung's advice. Thank you Dr. Chung.
I am writing this as a patient rather a colleague. I am giving Dr Chung a triple C rating as he is Caring Compassionate and Competent.Wonderful human being.
