A few days ago my pharmacy requested my Urologist at PW Urology Associates to renew my prescription as it always needs to be renewed between doctor appointments. However, as often is the case, after a few days, nothing was done. I called and spoke to the office administrator, Ms. Dana Oakley. She was very rude to me and treated me as if I was unreasonable because they were going through a merger and were VERY busy. I said, i depend on my medication was only looking for it to be renewed. I am a new patient to Prince William Urology Associate Ltd. I met Dr. Chung the first time on Feb, 6, 2023. He ordered Urine Cytology and Urine Analysis tests first. I received the result for both, which is extremely useful for my illness. Then he patiently checked my situation and listed, compared, and explained very thoroughly about various treatment approaches. I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Chung's advice. Thank you Dr. Chung.

I am writing this as a patient rather a colleague. I am giving Dr Chung a triple C rating as he is Caring Compassionate and Competent.Wonderful human being. Dr. Chung is an excellent urologist and is able and willing to explain the intricacies of treating urinary problems. He makes specific recommendations for your treatment and describes alternative treatments if appropriate, should you wish to consider them. Dr Chung and I have formed a team for my treatment, he's the Doctor and he's in charge, and I am the willing and informed patient.

I just wanted to post a note of gratitude for Dr. Chung and Prince William Urology in Gainesville VA. I was there last week for a particularly sensitive issue (at least to me) LOL. Out of pure fear, it took me a long time to get the guts to make the appointment and actually show up. Once there, everyone was super professional. Dr. Chungs nurse was a male and that made things easier. Dr. Chung was great. He was very professional and put me at ease immediately. He listened to my issues and w

My first office visit to this practice was excellent! The office staff was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with Dr. Chung. I found him to be very nice and friendly; professional; a good listener and completely answered all of my questions; and thorough in explaining the details of the illness and options of treatment. I am extremely pleased to have Dr. Chung as my urologist!

Interesting to read the reviews on this site concerning the office staff. I too am not happy about his staff. I have questions to ask concerning a procedure Dr Chung recommended and was told to talk with a nurse. I have left 2 messages and never received a return call. Dr Chung called me to discuss something, and he said he was sending an email to so and so in his office to call me and it has been weeks and no one has called. I like Dr Chung but thinking of going to a different urgologist
