Interesting to read the reviews on this site concerning the office staff. I too am not happy about his staff. I have questions to ask concerning a procedure Dr Chung recommended and was told to talk with a nurse. I have left 2 messages and never received a return call. Dr Chung called me to discuss something, and he said he was sending an email to so and so in his office to call me and it has been weeks and no one has called. I like Dr Chung but thinking of going to a different urgologist

He performed my vasectomy in 10-15 minutes with very little pain. He knows what he is doing. Great doctor!
I called for a serious issue. The person that answered the appt. line was EXTREMELY RUDE! All she would tell me was that due to a merger she could not make an appt. I asked how long before I could make an appt. and she snapped at me about the merger again. I asked about other urologists & she said they are the only one & that I should go to the ER or primary doc (already done!). BECAUSE OF THIS ONE STAFF PERSON, I WILL NEVER GO BACK to Dr. Chung which is a shame bc he was a good doctor to me.
They have the worse stuff, customer service, scheduling is terrible, they are rude and make you wait for a while on hold. at the end they tell you that you can try to find another practice who can take you earlier than them
