I enjoy bringing my Prius in for service here. The staff are very kind and helpful - and efficient. I wait while they work on my car and the lounge is deluxe. Tea, coffee, magazine, couches, high tables, free internet. And (spoiler alert) a cute little bag of cookies on the passenger seat when I drive away. My car is now 5 years old and I'm about to hit 100,000. This is the only place I've taken it. Every time I go in, I ask how many Prius' they have seen this week with milage up near 400,000. Do not ever enter this dealership! Bad cars/ bad salespeople/ bad management.
My parents were attempting to start looking for a truck on Saturday; after being lifelong Chevy owners, they were trying to find a new brand and gave Toyota a whirl. Wow were they disappointed. They arrived and were given extremely poor customer service by a rep who was constantly talking about how his shift was done in an hour, eating/chewing in front of them (and throwing the litter out of the vehicle's window while on a test drive--ick!), and the truck itself nearly ran out of gas so they could only drive around the block... read more
well I got there 10 minutes early for my appointment I got in right away car was done at 5 minutes after 4. wait at the 4:30 until I went up to the desk and ask the cashier what's taking so long on my car she said he was on the phone with somebody else he could have gave the paperwork to somebody else so he can get me out of there but no he dicked around instead not very happy don't know if I'll be back there ever again that's where the car is from
I had a very good experience.... I own several cars and this is the best place to purchase a vehicle ..thanks Marc he is an excellent salesman
