Toyota is the best.From buying a car to the complimentary snacks.There is no other car company better than Toyota.im 19 driving a 2020 Toyota Corolla.Its a very good feeling truly it is.
Every time we visit there we feel cheated into spending as much money as possible. Not ones we took the car for second opinion and fixed it for significantly lower price in Wild Toyota instead. This last visit wasn’t any different. Don’t accept anything they tell you right away, double check!
Was disappointed with this experience. Previously excellent service. Dropped car off at auto repair shop 9 am was told car would be ready by end of day. Several phone calls back and forth ending with they will not be able to fix today have to order parts, wrong parts were ordered/received. Promised next day by 1, now told car will need to be kept longer long inconvenient process still no car or repair. Supposed to be done today be end of day. Day 2
The sales person sholanda falsified my info to get me approved then when asked for a copy of the records I get cursed at by Christian coroian (a sales manager ) with a f bomb at that the general manager Kevin burgher was right there going along with him! So then when I asked for a business card Andrew burgher still went the extra mile and threw one at me!! My lease was ending on my Volt and the buyout was underwater. Jay Powell made the buying process easy, informative, and quick. I expect to be driving my Avalon Hybrid for a decade and when I’m ready for a new car, I’ll be contacting Jay and Andrew Toyota again.
Am always satisfied with the services i get from Andrew Toyota. I highly recommend them.
I always get excellent service from these people. A special shout out for Willie, a service rep. He like most are very friendly and helpful when you come in for service. I would not feel comfortable going somewhere else.
Nice crew. Helped me find the right car for my budget. No haggling either as the price was right off the bat. Olivia was the best! If you want an easy buying experience give these folks a ring.
They have good communication skills, very polite, and nice with kids
