Highly recommend this dealership! My husband and I were headed to another dealership to look at a Ford Explorer and decided to stop at Andrews for a quick look just in case. Had a great experience shopping at Andrew Toyota. It didn't hurt that the first car I test drove was just right for me. Olivia was a no pressure sales person, attentive and helpful. Chris was great as we completed the sale. It was a wonderful car shopping event. Perfect score.
Local dealer had no sense of urgency on selling us a new Highlander. Was 100% better experience at Andrew Toyota and Olivia had great follow through and would recommend her 100%.
They could do better when they stop taking advantage of customers by extorting them. They need to stop lieing about things that need to be replaced when there's no need for it
I miss the old crew in the service department they were so professional because the new crew is very rude and unprofessional I have been a customer for over 20yrs but yet I love kal the salesman so I’m back here to buy another car only because he still here
Andrew does all the service "extras" with a smile -and the customer lounge makes it easy and comfortable to wait and work !
