Service Department is customer friendly. I was there on a very busy and hectic Friday without an appointment because I needed a headlight. My waiting time was 45 minutes in a waiting area which could not be any nicer. Also I was told that if I needed transportation to and from work on a day I'm getting repairs they will travel up to 25 miles.
They have awesome service people! The kind of people that you want to talk to every day - respectful and courteous.
We had a great experience at Andrew Toyota. We need a car fast and on a budget. We had a great sale person Casey who showed us a brand new car that would fit in our budget. Then Brian the financial service manager was able to get us an even better deal with the bank. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation easier.
Andrew Toyota treated very well and I'm very pleased with my vehicle, lease terms trade in value etc. Before going to Andrew I visited a local Nissan & Ford dealer. The Nissan dealer also treated me well but I could tell there was a bit of BS going on. The Ford dealer was a disappointment. I don't have stellar credit and I didn't have a great trade in and I was treated as such. Andrew actually worked with me and I want to say thanks to my sales person Mark & sales manager Michael. I'll be back, thanks guys!
So I was quoted over $6,000 worth of repairs on my Yaris. Thankfully I took it else where, because the mechanic lied to me, most likely because im female and they didnt think I knew about cars! They told me my timing belt was cracked (any Yaris owner knows that they only installed a timing chain in all Yaris modles...never a belt!). Thank you Andrew Toyota and especially my salesperson Prentiss Farsee for outstanding customer service. The first time I went into Andrew Toyota was three years ago and leased a RAV4. Prentiss was the first salesperson I encountered, and he made me feel at comfortable and at home right away.
