Mr. Holloman was great. He made my buying experience easy and understandable. Not only was he knowledgeable he was also patient and made feel comfortable. I normally do not leave reviews but since his service was genuine I told him I would leave one. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Holloman as your realtor.
I have worked with many real estate agents. After working with Andre I will never be looking again. I just finished my second deal with him and they could not have been smoother. He stayed ahead of any issues, communicated everything and made it very easy. Highly reccomended!
The two most important qualities in a real estate agent are being fast and excellent with crisis management. Andre excelled at both. When we sent him houses we wanted to see, he got us same-day appointments. When our lender fell through right before closing, he made some calls and found us a lender who got us a mortgage in four days. I couldn't recommend Andre more highly! He was quick to get us into showings, knowledgeable about the houses we looked at, and keep us up to date along the way. He also excels in a crisis. When we ran to an issue with our lender in the eleventh hour, Andre got us a new lender, ensured things continued smoothly with the sellers, and kept us calm. Miraculously, he made it all work out in the end.
Andre was a pleasure to work with and we will likely work with him again in the future on our next home purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the market and forthcoming with information as it is available to him . Friendly, down to earth person
