They did not want me to go back with Kaylee and became hateful when I told them I wanted to go back with her. Then when we saw the dentist he wouldnt fill my daughter's cavity. The whole experience was unpleasant and my daughter will not be back.
When I was a kid, I had to get my tooth drilled, I was NOT NUMBED when they started drilling. I was crying and while one of the people were drilling the other grabbed and yanked my jaw causing the drill to cut my cheek. She looked at me and laughed and said, " did that hurt!" My mother told the person in charge what happened but they said it was my fault. I was 6. Don't bring your kids here they WILL be abused
We have had great experiences with simple cleanings and procedures that have needed to take place. My kids don't "enjoy" the dentist but they know Dr Rose and the staff will take good care of them each visit.
