I have taken my kids here for over 15 years, but the last few visits have been awful. They overbook, the waiting room is packed with screaming restless kids, we have ended up waiting over an hour each visit to be seen and the dental assistants come out and have no idea what their talking about, doctors don't have enough respect to come out and let you know what's going on with your child. This is a great place to take your children...especially if they need to start going to the dentist. ���
I wish this had zero stars. What an absolute shitty place, children want their parents when they go to the dentist and if I'm paying for the visit or even my insurance I am going to go back with my child and they tried to say I couldn't go back with her! Will not EVER be bringing my child back here! Rude ass inconsiderate people!
I have been going here for 9yrs and my children's insurance changed and a balance due. They now refuse to see my son due to a balance on my daughters act. After 9 yrs and a lot of money this is sad that you refuse to schedule another apt for my son until pd in full. I have all intentions on paying but to refuse to see them is absurd. After 9yrs I will find another dentist. Shame on you
The fact that they won't see my children because we missed an appointment because I'm a single mother and work over 50 to 60 hours a week is beyond accommodating! They are stupid to make that a rule! I didn't care for them any how and the fact that they are rude to parents that don't want their kid to go back by themselves!
I have a question do you get to go back with your child ? This will be our first time.
