Very rude!!! I tried to reschedule an apt and left 3 voicemails 3 days in a row and they didn’t check the voicemail before sending the referral back. Learn to do your job and check voicemails before sending referral back cause If you would of checked you would have seen I called ahead of time!!!!!!
Won’t answer your phone calls. I’ve called more then 30 times trying to reach someone.
It's pretty sad that I had to change dentists because you were no longer a provider for my insurance. You have now became a provider for my insurance and you will no longer see my child because she has seen another dentist. The only reason she seen another dentist was you weren't a provider. She now has an abcess that that needs immediate attention and you won't see her. This is horrible, uncaring and unprofessional service.
