I sent a defective hair clipper and it couldn't be delivered because there is no access to deliver location. Now I lost shipping costs and the $120 junky hair clipper. Also latin lady who answer the phone had bad attitude.. Never buy or recommend buying a Andis product ever, I deeply regret when I bought that piece of sh***
