Bought a brand new cordless slimline pro li. Was defective out of the box. Was told I had to go to andis for support. Not only does this thing not work I have to pay to ship it to them to have them look at it. Poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Purchased brand new Andis clippers and straight out of the box they were defective. Sent in to be replaced...hopefully not by ANOTHER defective product, and the company refused to reimburse for my shipping. They referred to the warranty, saying that I was responsible for the shipping. It’s weird because I expected them to be responsible for not selling me trash! Not cool Andis. I wouldn’t buy another product. Bought the Slimline Pro Li cordless trimmer and not even a full 3 months later , it doesn’t work. Doesn’t come on(doesn’t hold a charge). A WASTE of $90!

I have been a longtime customer, and overall have been very satisfied. My most recent purchase of the T-Outliner/T-Trimmer (professional) was not a good one. Within two uses, the machine became very hot to the point where it burnt. It wasn’t 3rd degree burns or anything, but enough to leave a burn mark. After trying to return it to the retailer, I was told that once it was used they couldn’t take it and the waranty wasn’t valid. I threw it away.
